ABOUT DR. JAN OLIVIER

MEDICAL EDUCATION

Born in Berlin Dr. Olivier went to the FU-Berlin and state university of NY (SUNY) for med school. After graduating he started in general and visceral surgery (Universitätsklinik Köln) and later switched to orthopedics (Orthopädie und Rheumaorthopädie, Attendorn). The curriculum brought him to Frechen (traumatology) and finally Hamburg (ENDO-Klinik, neuro- and joint surgery).

Early during orthopedic training Dr. Olivier started to learn about the modern ways of “manual medicine” and he went through the german specialty training “Manuelle Medizin”. To this foundation he later added the practice and philosophy of chiropractic. He is enlisted in BVOU and the MWE.
