Help us helping you: Bring your old x-rays and other medical documentation with you on the first visit. Prior to our first session you have to fill out two forms. You can download them here and complete them at home:

Fill out contact and billing data on the first page, the second is all about your medical history.

You need to consent to the agreement on fees before the start of treatment. The second signature is about data privacy.

WHEN YOU ARE HERE

Normally there is no or very little waiting time. You need to fill out those forms mentioned earlier.

AFTER YOUR ADJUSTMENT

  • Go for a walk for 15min – do not sit down in your car or at your desk immediately. Your adjustment will work out better that way.
  • Drink lots of water. Now that your joints are moving freely again you can do your best to lubricate your cartilage again!
  • Do “softer” sports like Yoga, walking swimming the same day. Try to avoid contact sports (e.g. karate, soccer, lacrosse, …).

YOUR 2ND APPOINTMENT

You might be asked to come back for a second appointment, normally the next week, sometimes even the next day. We will check your body again and adjust again if needed. Also it is good to round up all questions still remaining and set a course together.
